We have been in business since 2010 and pride ourselves as leaders in our local real estate market and the property management community. We are constantly looking for ways to make the process easier and more profitable for our owners.
Bob Greenlaw
Bob is a co-founder of GK Property Management, LLC with an extensive background in marketing and sales. As well as being a small business owner for several years, he has been the lead on many international marketing teams and he uses that experience to successfully market and manage residential and commercial properties. He enjoys coaching youth soccer teams and spending time with his wife, daughter and son. Bob is resident of Northville Township and is very active in the community. He enjoys donating his time to help others and supports many charitable causes. He speaks fluent Italian and Spanish.
Mike Kaczmarczyk
Mike is a co-founder of GK Property Management, LLC. He has earned a BBA in Accounting from The University of Michigan- Dearborn. He worked for several years as a public accountant and small business owner before finding his calling in real estate. Since 2004, Mike have been a Realtor with Real Estate One. Mike enjoys spending his free time with his wife and three children. He currently resides in Livonia, where he is supportive of community programs and youth sports.
