Can you hold a place before I apply?
We recommend applying ASAP. We do not wait on applications. If we have an application that is acceptable, we will move forward.

Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
To finalize the lease, we require first month’s rent, One and a half month’s rent for security deposit, along with any additional fees required (pet deposit, cleaning deposit, etc.).

How old do you have to be to apply?
You have to be 18 years or older to legally sign a contract in Michigan.

Is the deposit refundable?
The security deposit is refundable as long as there are no damages or outstanding payments due. Some of the other deposits are non-refundable.

Who needs a cosigner?
You have the option to add a cosigner if you feel it will make you a stronger applicant.

You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

How do I pay rent?
You can drop off or mail a check. We also accept online checking and credit card payments.

I want to get a pet. What do I do?

I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?
Please contact us right away to discuss changes in tenants.

My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
We will be in contact with you 30 days prior to discuss the move-out process.

Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
It depends. Please refer to your lease or call us to discuss.
